Virtual Realty L.L.C. is the corporate identity of Bob Walters. Active in Columbia residential land development for over 20 years. I have participated in the development or sale of over 1,800 residential home sites.  A primary design goal in the development of these neighborhoods is the preservation of as much of the natural terrain as possible. Investment values are protected through the development, recording and enforcement of neighborhood Covenants and Restrictions for each project.
