- The development’s first two phases are now complete. Custom and speculative homes are under construction there. The third phase will be developed as a premium culdesac of 5 or 6 home sites, priced above $100,000 per lot. Timing of its development has not been determined.
- Based on the architectural guidelines and prices (below), homes are expected to be valued from $250,000.
- School districts are: Russell Blvd. elementary, Smithton Middle, West Jr. High and Rock Bridge High School. Located in the city's 4th Ward.
