- The development’s first two phases are now complete. Custom and speculative homes are under construction there. Timing for the development of WestCliff’s third phase has not been determined.
- In 2011, school districts are: Russell Blvd. elementary, Smithton Middle, West Jr. High and Rock Bridge High School. Located in the city's 4th Ward.
- Westcliff high school students may be attending Hickman High School as a result of proposed 2012 re-districting.
